version 1310 release fixes and features:

  • implement a "talking" texture for the standard unreal pawn and fix the sorting bug
    • sorting bug fixed, talking implemented - need to adjust texture animation
  • include "paintable" Mouthparts
    • need to create a button and test eyes
  • Fix Voxel rotation
  • Fix lost attachents when restarting movie
    • Fixed
  • Double check spawning and warn when PlayerController cannot spawn things
  • ListButtons should collapse when clicking on other Listbuttons

  • more complex Savegame referencing (allows Actor cross referencing)
  • Fix Bug where ScriptRoots get executed in Edit Mode
  • Voxel Editor gets Voxel-Scaling functionality

  • restructure all Actions so we can do undo (make exec functions so we can set KeyBindings)
  • revisit TextInput
  • revisit Savegame organisation
  • restructure Mouse Object
  • disable all buttons if one is pressed - special case: ListButton. Should be more modular!


mid-term Tasks

  • redo interface
  • create browser windows
  • 3D,2D and Actor Action nesting (to create sel-running actors)
  • Minimap support for complex action lists
  • collision box around things should adjust to shape of things.
  • characters should be able to sit down (collision/physics wise)
  • incorporate some sort of project Management

helper Application related

  • switch to C++ or Java
  • integrate the Unreal Package Tool[1], somehow.

future Tasks

  • Multiplayer support
  • Animation *.bvh File support
  • Video recording support for 2D-Pawns and -Props
  • Automated VoxelPawn creation
