Moviesandbox is a free graphical movie scripting environent for the game Unreal Tournament 2004[1] by Epic Games[2].
Download at: http://machinimag.com/MovieSandboxV1320Beta.zip
After downloading, just unzip the contents of the zip-archive to your UT2004 folder and use the MovieSandbox.bat file to start.
